The popular action figure series "S.H.Figuarts" from TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Company, has announced its latest product from the theatrical anime film "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM": "Shinn Asuka (COMPASS Pilot Suit Ver.)". It will be priced at 9,900 JPY and is scheduled for release in January 2025!
"Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM" is a sequel to "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY" after approximately 20 years, with anime director Mitsuo Fukuda continuing to helm the project. Set in Cosmic Era 75, after the end of the great war, the anti-Coordinator organization "Blue Cosmos" continues to incite conflicts worldwide. The formerly opposing Earth Alliance and P.L.A.N.T, along with the neutral nation Orb, have jointly established the world peace monitoring organization "COMPASS". Lacus Clyne, the driving force behind ending the great war, serves as its first president, and Kira Yamato and others are members of the organization, intervening in conflicts around the world.
The "S.H.Figuarts Shinn Asuka (COMPASS Pilot Suit Ver.)" action figure is based on his new design from the theatrical film, wearing the pilot suit of the newly formed organization "COMPASS". Standing approximately 14 cm tall, the entire body is crafted with the S.H.Figuarts series' excellent articulation technology. It comes with various interchangeable hand parts and accessories such as a saber and a gun, allowing for dynamic battle poses! Facial expressions include a neutral face, a battle cry, and a mocking smile. It also includes a helmet part to recreate the helmeted state, and replacement parts for when he is controlled by mind-reading abilities. Enjoy displaying him with Kira Yamato and Athrun Zala to recreate memorable scenes from SEED FREEDOM~
