Japanese soft vinyl toy manufacturer NEO PLAYER ONE (株式会社ネオプレイヤーワン) yesterday (11th) unveiled an exciting new product, the giant robot "Gurren Lagann Standard ver" (グレンラガン スタンダードver) soft vinyl from "Gurren Lagann"! It is currently on physical display at the "Gurren Lagann vs. KILL la KILL Exhibition" which opened today at Ikebukuro PARCO in Tokyo, Japan.
Gurren Lagann, the giant robot that embodies a man's romance, formed by the fusion of Simon's "Lagann" and Kamina's "Gurren," can unleash equivalent power through Simon's "Spiral Power." When Simon's fighting spirit is high, it is almost invincible, capable of extending drills from all over its body to attack enemies, and even self-repair. The large drill on its right arm can unleash the one-hit kill "Giga Drill Break"!
Unlike the sharp lines, high-quality metallic paint, and rich playability typically featured in existing "Gurren Lagann" finished products and alloy finished products on the market, this soft vinyl figure produced by NEO PLAYER ONE exudes a completely different charm! In addition to faithfully reproducing Gurren Lagann's mechanical details and colors, its overall appeal lies in its pleasing proportions and the unique aesthetic of soft vinyl toys, making it truly exciting.
