American collectible manufacturer Premium Collectibles Studio (PCS) yesterday (25th) unveiled their latest product from MARVEL comics, the "Planet Hulk" 1/1 scale bust, as part of their "Fine Art Bust" series! Pre-orders are now open on the PCS official website, with an astonishing suggested retail price of US$2,610.
This approximately 68.5 cm tall "Planet Hulk" bust can be said to fully showcase the 360° story of Hulk's arrival on Sakaar, becoming a slave gladiator, and ultimately leading his companions as a champion to overthrow the Red King's tyranny, as depicted in the "Planet Hulk" comic.
The core of the statue is Gladiator Hulk, wearing a Roman warrior helmet and displaying an angry, gritting-teeth expression. Surrounding him, one can see the depiction of Hulk's spaceship crashing on Sakaar after passing through a wormhole, Hulk engaging in fierce battle with more than one giant predatory spider, the Devil Corker, and scenes of Hulk and his companions emerging from their lair, preparing for an uprising! Coupled with meticulous hand-painting, exquisite character sculpting, and a heavy metallic feel that conveys immense power, the overall presentation is truly spectacular!
The PCS exclusive Platinum Ex version also includes an additional interchangeable hand part holding a giant axe, allowing for more dynamic posing of Hulk confronting the Devil Corker in the scene! It also comes with a certificate, a cleaning kit, and other contents.
