Released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., the "METAL ROBOT Damashii" series, which combines metallic paint finishes and die-cast frames, today announced the commercialization of the Demon King Mobile Suit "Legend Gundam" from "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY," with the release date yet to be determined.
The ZGMF-X666S Legend Gundam is a mobile suit piloted by Rey Za Burrel, a clone possessing the same genes as Rau Le Creuset. To realize the "Destiny Plan" advocated by his adoptive father, Chairman Gilbert Durandal, he engaged in a decisive battle with Kira Yamato, who piloted the Strike Freedom Gundam. This mobile suit evolved from the Providence Gundam, piloted by Creuset in the previous great war. It is equipped with a second-generation DRAGOON System on its back, significantly enhancing the pilot's spatial awareness and allowing for wireless control of the ten DRAGOON weapons, "Beam Assault Cannons," on its back for all-range attacks.
Currently, only a silhouette of the "METAL ROBOT Damashii Legend Gundam" has been revealed. Detailed product information will be announced at a later date.
