Japanese secondhand store HARD OFF recently dropped some "junk laptop lucky bags," and one YouTuber snagged a few for 1990 yen each. His unboxing video unexpectedly blew up, drawing massive attention. In the clip, he cracks open four of these mystery bags, scoring a total of 12 laptops, including gems like the Panasonic Let’s Note, ASUS ZenBook, and even a MacBook Pro. Viewers were hyped, exclaiming, "Now THIS is what a lucky bag is all about!"

The YouTuber, "GA Channel," specializes in reviewing faulty laptops and smartphones. This time, he grabbed four laptop lucky bags from HARD OFF, each priced at 1990 yen. With 12 laptops in total, that works out to a mind-blowing 663 yen per unit!
After the big reveal, the first bag coughed up a Panasonic touchscreen Let’s Note, a Fujitsu LifeBook, and an ASUS ZenBook. Bag number two delivered an Acer Aspire, a ThinkPad, and another Let’s Note. The third bag surprised him with two more Let’s Notes and a MacBook Pro, all Core 2 Duo models. The final bag held a Mouse Computer laptop, a SHARP laptop rocking Windows 98 (talk about a throwback!), and a 2017 MacBook Pro – which seemed like the ultimate prize!

Upon testing, all four Let’s Notes fired right up, and the Acer, ThinkPad, and Mouse Computer also powered on. However, the SHARP, ASUS, LifeBook, and both MacBook Pros were total no-gos. The 2017 MacBook Pro, in particular, refusing to even power up, was a real head-scratcher.
The YouTuber ultimately declared, "Even though some wouldn't boot, the fun of tearing them down was totally worth it! At worst, they're still good for parts, so it's a win-win!"
The video sparked a heated debate online. Some raved, "Way better value than Akihabara's lucky bags!" and "This is the kind of surprise a lucky bag should deliver!" But others weren't so impressed, grumbling, "These models are ancient, just e-waste," and "Cheap, sure, but if the battery's dead, it's useless."
And the fact that all the Let’s Notes worked perfectly? That had netizens shouting, "This video is proof of the Let’s Note's legendary durability!"
