Japanese company TAITO (TAITO Corporation) has preemptively announced on its official X account the third installment from its new prize figure brand "T-most," which focuses on the highest quality large-scale figures, a new product featuring "Ai" from the popular anime "Oshi no Ko"!
"Oshi no Ko" is a Japanese manga written by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari, which was adapted into an anime by Doga Kobo in 2023. The story follows obstetrician Gorou Amemiya, who unexpectedly becomes the attending physician for his favorite idol, Ai Hoshino, but is murdered before Ai gives birth, only to be reincarnated as one of Ai's twins. Unexpectedly, Ai is assassinated at her home one day, and as the twins grow up, they slowly approach and uncover the truth behind Ai's murder.
This "Ai" figure from the T-most series will feature the classic double V-sign pose from the cover of the first manga volume, meticulously reproducing the design and wrinkles of Ai's idol costume at 1/6 scale. Details such as the rabbit hair accessory on her head and the chest decorations are also faithfully rendered! Her flowing long hair and the star-shaped base are crafted from translucent colored material, creating a light and beautiful visual effect, while her long boots are painted with a glossy finish to replicate the texture of patent leather, and her iconic star-shaped pupils are faithfully printed, exquisitely recreating the adorable aura of the strongest idol!
