We believe friends who enjoy Gunpla model kits have tried various techniques, such as painting, cutting, or weathering, all of which make their models more distinctive and allow for new creative fusions with other elements.
Recently on Japan's X, Gunpla builder morish (@O15RXnhQL8nvfYW) shared his creation, the "Gundam Dynames Physical II," built using the "MG 1/100 Gundam Dynames." This work, featuring an abundance of weapons assembled to showcase its full firepower, has garnered significant praise from netizens.
This builder, morish, is actually quite accomplished, having previously participated in the Gunpla Builders World Cup GBWC 2023 (11th edition) where he won the Japan Tournament Championship & Audience Award, making him a leading figure in Gunpla customization and creation.
He also stated that this "Gundam Dynames Physical II" is a special specification version of Gundam Dynames equipped with 7 types of solid-projectile weapons. The design concept is a mobile suit built by the gunman "Lyle Dylandy" inheriting the will of the sniper "Neil Dylandy."
He also provided the following setting: This equipment was developed for combat in environments where particle beams cannot be used, such as battlefields with particle disruption missiles or high-humidity regions. The mobile suit's main body is equipped with ground-use GN auxiliary thrusters and integrates the backpack and armor parts of "Cherudim Gundam," enhancing its mobility and defense.
Equipped with full solid-projectile armaments, the shoulders can also switch to GN Missile Pods for use as shields. The equipment list is as follows:
GN Shotgun
GN Solid Shooter
NGN Submachine Gun
GN Grenade Launcher ×2
GN Twin Missile Launcher
A total of 7 firearm armaments, showcasing the firepower of the "Seven Gunner" (セブンガンナー)!
Its imposing appearance indeed presents a completely different aura from the original Gundam Dynames. With powerful armaments paired with a military green paint scheme, it exudes an even stronger military aesthetic.
morish also stated that he will participate in GBWC 2025, and his work is already complete. It is uncertain whether he will enter with this piece or another creation. If you are interested in his work, you can visit his X account to see more.
