【CCSTOYS MORTAL MIND】I'm the Ace of the ATX Team! Super Robot Wars OG's Must-Have Alteisen for 2025, Featuring Kyosuke Nanbu

Today, we're unboxing the brutal machine from the Super Robot Wars OG series, the Alteisen, produced by CCSTOYS.

The Alteisen is a machine developed under the ATX Project, piloted by the ace of the ATX Team, Kyosuke Nanbu. The unit's most prominent feature is its multiple layers of heavy armor. Its design specs list a height of approximately 25.92 meters and a weight of 49-55 tons, and it can be equipped with other weapons. The Alteisen does not use EOT and is equipped with three jet thrusters for a Personal Trooper. Although it has three thrusters, they are insufficient for flight over distances of 500m. The unit has a jump height of 30 meters (in Earth's gravity) and can land from a height of 50 meters without sustaining damage.

The Alteisen's armaments are almost exclusively for close-quarters combat, with the most iconic being the Revolving Stake on its right arm.

In addition, it has a Heat Horn on its head and a 3-Barrel 12.9cm Autocannon mounted on its left arm, with a total of 15 magazines. Finally, there's the Alteisen's most representative weapon, the Revolving Stake. Its attack method involves inserting a stake into the target and then using an explosive charge to drive it in, possessing immense destructive power against all types of heavy armor. A slight drawback is that it only has six rounds; if it doesn't hit a vital spot, its destructive power is greatly reduced. Another weapon is the Claymores housed within its massive shoulders, which fire shrapnel-like elastic bombs that adhere to the target before detonating.

Here is the unboxing, I hope you all enjoy it. This is an absolute must-have die-cast toy for 2025, and it's currently the best Alteisen on the market.

▼【CCSTOYS MORTAL MIND】 I'm the Ace of the ATX Team! Super Robot Wars OG Alteisen

▼The outer box follows the traditional style of the MORTAL MIND series, featuring dominant and powerful line art.

▼Recently, it seems the MORTAL MIND series has started including carrying handles.

▼The handle also features the MORTAL MIND logo.

▼Tamper-proof sealing sticker.

▼The outer box has some damage, but it doesn't seem to be an issue as the contents are unaffected.

▼The back of the outer box features the Alteisen logo.

▼アルト (Aruto) and アイゼン (Aizen) are "Alt" and "Eisen" in German, equivalent to "Old Iron" in English.

▼Super Robot Wars OG Series.

▼Upon opening, you're greeted by an imposing color art card of the Alteisen.

▼Flipping it over reveals a pencil sketch of it with the Heat Horn deployed.

▼Excluding the main figure, the contents are packed in three simple trays.

▼Main figure.

▼The edges of the content trays are sealed with tamper-proof stickers.

▼First, let's weigh the main figure.

▼The main figure alone weighs about 1.5 kg. You can really feel the heft when holding it.

▼The right arm's Revolving Stake, excluding the hand, is about 95 grams.

▼The left arm's 3-Barrel Autocannon, excluding the hand, is about 87 grams.

▼A single shoulder armor piece is 112 grams.

▼Right arm's Revolving Stake.

▼The stake has a metallic paint finish but is not made of metal. The gimmick involves pushing the stake all the way in, which locks the metal trigger at the back. You can then use the switch on top to fire the stake.

▼This Alteisen doesn't come with interchangeable hands but instead features fully articulated hands. Five-star articulation!

▼The revolver's trigger is made of metal, can be pulled, and is linked to the rotation of the cylinder.

▼The cylinder can hold six bullets. The Alteisen can only fire six shots; if the enemy isn't finished after six hits, it's your turn to get hurt (though you still have the Claymores on the shoulders, LOL).

▼Six metal bullets.

▼The metal trigger can be pulled.

▼The left arm is equipped with the 3-Barrel 12.9cm Autocannon, which has 15 magazines in the official specs.

▼The detailed paintwork is impeccable. The barrels feature color separation, with the black parts having a matte metallic finish accented by fine silver details.

▼The Autocannon can be raised to change its angle. Lifting it reveals detailed internal paintwork. MORTAL MIND's craftsmanship in painting truly blows Bandai out of the water.

▼The head, the only part that requires a battery this time.

▼It uses one CR927 battery, a model I haven't seen before. The small black button in front of the battery is the switch.

▼Since it was a long holiday, the electronics stores near my hometown were all closed, so I didn't install the battery this time. Almost none of the MORTAL MIND toys I've bought include batteries; you always have to buy them separately. The Shin Getter required three different types of batteries at once...

▼You can replace the original red horn with the Heat Horn by removing it.

▼Front skirt armor.

▼The color separation on the skirt armor is beautiful with no paint bleeding. The layering of colors in every detail is excellently done. There are also delicate decal markings on the skirt, and the black parts have a matte metallic finish.

▼The inside of the skirt armor is not color-separated this time, just a simple black finish.

▼The red on the left and right skirt armor pieces uses two different shades of deep burgundy.

▼The inner frame of the skirt armor is a single color.

▼The paint job and structure of the rear skirt armor are my favorite parts.

▼The rear skirt armor features multiple layers of stacked colors, with many detailed decals on the lighter areas. Each color is further distinguished by different color separations, giving the entire rear skirt a rich, layered look.

▼The paintwork on the inner frame of the rear skirt is a five-star performance, with various color separations and details.

▼The top of the rear skirt has five thruster nozzles: one large and four small (deployed state).

▼The nozzles are slightly articulated (retracted state).

▼Both shoulders are equipped with the Alteisen's powerful Claymores.

▼The outer hatches open via a linked mechanism. The orange translucent part on the upper hatch is a separate piece, and both upper and lower hatches have warning decals.

▼The screw details on the sides of the shoulder armor are also meticulously done.

▼The thruster on the back of the shoulder armor can be deployed via a linked mechanism.

▼The heat sinks below the thruster can also be deployed via a linked mechanism.

▼The red on the shoulder armor uses two different shades for color separation.

▼Pressing the black switch causes the Claymore bay to pop out.

▼After the exterior pops open, the interior needs to be opened manually.

▼Claymore effect parts. They come in long, medium, and short sizes, and you can install them wherever you like as there are no specific positions.

▼There are grooves on the left and right sides of the bottom, and the top and bottom are keyed to prevent incorrect installation.

▼Installation complete, and the effect is spectacular!

▼Thruster backpack.

▼There are sliding switches on the top left and right sides of the backpack.

▼Sliding them causes the four nozzles on the back of the backpack to extend outwards via a linked mechanism.

▼The ace pilot of the ATX Team, Kyosuke Nanbu.

▼The paintwork on the lower legs is also impeccable, featuring matte black with orange detail accents and decals.

▼The heat vents on the lower legs have orange color separation on both sides.

▼The lower legs are bulky yet aesthetically pleasing.

▼Regarding the front skirt armor, all I can say is that MORTAL MIND never disappoints its fans.

▼Side view of the lower leg. The foot's stability on surfaces is quite good, and the detailed paintwork is on point.

▼So many nozzles deployed!

▼Nozzles retracted.

▼Linked thruster mechanism.

▼Massive metal joints. When rotating the arms, it's recommended to check the manual for the range of motion. Each metal part has certain limits, and using excessive force could lead to tragedy. Also, when rotating the arms, remember to avoid unnecessary interference, such as with the horns on the sides of the head.

That concludes this unboxing review, I hope you all enjoyed it. As the saying goes, "MORTAL MIND never disappoints its fans." I sincerely hope that one day MORTAL MIND will release a Daizengar and a Weissritter. Since they've secured the Super Robot Wars OG license, I believe that day will come.

If you're also a fan of Super Robot Wars OG, this Alteisen is an absolute must-have action figure for your 2025 collection. Posing and displaying it with MORTAL MIND's new adjustable-angle stand is truly a powerful experience.
