GASHAPON "Hashimoto Mio's Ultraman Kaiju Sculptures 2" Capsule Toys, The Popular Second Installment of Unique Wood-Carved Style Kaiju!

Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd.'s GASHAPON capsule toy division is once again collaborating with renowned sculptor "Hashimoto Mio" to launch a new Ultraman-themed product – the "Hashimoto Mio's Ultraman Kaiju Sculptures 2" capsule toys. The suggested retail price is 800 JPY per capsule, with an anticipated release in late July 2025!

Sculptor Hashimoto Mio's studio is located in northern Mie Prefecture, Japan. She excels at depicting the natural postures of animals through wood carving, using soft lines to express respect for life. In addition to sculpting, she also creates illustrations and picture books.

Following the release of Baltan Seijin, Pigmon, Gomora, and Woo in the first collaboration, this second installment once again features four popular Ultraman kaiju: Eleking, Zetton, Brain Wave Monster Gyango, and Kanegon. Made from PVC material with warm-toned paintwork to mimic the texture of wood carvings, these figures, approximately 9-10 cm in size, faithfully reproduce Hashimoto Mio's gentle lines, exuding a unique warm ambiance. They can be displayed alongside the four previously released kaiju, offering high-quality artistry in a compact size, akin to art collectibles!
