World-renowned Hong Kong toy manufacturer Hot Toys will release a new product based on the Star Wars spin-off series "Andor" – the "K-2SO" 1/6th scale collectible figure, with a suggested retail price of US$229, expected to ship from October 2025 to March 2026!
K-2SO, who first appeared alongside Andor in the film "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story," was originally a "KX-series" security droid produced by the Galactic Empire. After Andor reprogrammed him, he became a loyal companion. The release of this product and the brief glimpses in the trailer indicate that we will see him again in Season 2 of "Andor," which premieres on April 22nd! This is incredibly exciting!
This K-2SO 1/6th scale collectible figure stands approximately 36 cm tall, faithfully recreating his imposing stature compared to Andor. It features 30 points of articulation, meticulously sculpted to reproduce the smooth, curved mechanical design of the Imperial security droid, and painted with details such as scratches on its body! The eyes feature LED light-up functionality and are rotatable for adjusting the gaze. Accessories include a blaster pistol and a blaster rifle, allowing him to be displayed with the simultaneously released Andor figure, recreating their adventures from "Rogue One"!
