Japanese company AZONE International (株式会社アゾンインターナショナル), renowned for manufacturing exquisite anime character dolls, is once again releasing a new product from the popular anime "Bocchi the Rock!" under its "Pureneemo" action doll series. Following "Hitori Gotoh," "Nijika Ijichi," and "Ryo Yamada," they are now launching the "Ikuyo Kita" 1/6 scale collectible doll. The suggested retail price is 18,000 JPY, with an anticipated release date of August 28, 2025!
Ikuyo Kita attends Shuka High School, just like Bocchi, and serves as the vocalist and rhythm guitarist for Kessoku Band. She once fled before a performance because she couldn't play the guitar, but this serendipitously led Nijika and Ryo to find Bocchi to join the band. Eventually, under Bocchi's careful guidance, she overcame her guitar difficulties. Kita has a cute appearance, enjoys dressing up and shopping, and is a very popular figure at school, forming a stark contrast with Bocchi, who attends the same school. However, she deeply loves and respects Bocchi, her senior, who meticulously taught her!
This time, AZONE has utilized its superb doll-making techniques to create Kita as a Pureneemo action doll. The doll body stands approximately 24 cm tall, with her adorable face sculpted to perfection. Her bright, expressive green eyes are faithfully reproduced with printing, and flocking technology is used for her hair, which will shimmer beautifully under light! For the outfit, fabric materials are used to recreate the Shuka High School uniform, with meticulous tailoring reproducing details such as the double-breasted sailor suit, pleated skirt, and long white socks! With Kita's release, the Kessoku Band is now officially assembled in the Pureneemo series, allowing fans to pose and recreate various interactions from the show!
