Japanese gashapon brand KITAN CLUB (奇譚クラブ), in collaboration with designer Naoko Yatou, has once again announced the third installment of its "Bird's Holiday" series: the "Bird's Holiday ~ Delinquent Sparrow" gashapon. This collection features a total of six designs, with a reference price of 400 JPY per capsule, and is scheduled to be released in April 2025!
It's only been a few short years since the first installment, "Sparrow with Swim Ring," and who would have thought these sparrow youngsters would now transform into somewhat mischievous street delinquents? (Though the second installment featured the even fiercer Sniper). The third installment, "Bird's Holiday ~ Delinquent Sparrow" gashapon, similarly draws inspiration from the slightly mysterious daily lives of cute sparrows, bringing forth these bad boy sparrows. The lineup includes: Gold Chain (Adult Bird), Sunglasses (Adult Bird), Baseball Bat (Adult Bird), Necklace (Young Bird), Sunglasses (Young Bird), and Baseball Bat (Young Bird). Even with designs that look like they'd cause trouble fighting over white rice in the park, they still retain the sparrow's cute, round, and soft physique. This delightful contrast is simply too charming!
