The first completed work of 2025 is the MGSD Wing Gundam Zero Custom, a childhood dream come true from the MGSD series. I was incredibly excited when I first saw it, and because it was a childhood "debt" (a long-desired item), I dedicated a lot of time to its production. Essentially, the entire model features panel lining, color separation masking, shadow painting, ink wash, and waterslide decals. As I play "Gundam Battle Operation 2," I incorporated the effect of numerous blue-green indicator lights found on mobile suits in the game, as well as green and red directional lights on the shoulders. Some small recesses on the wings were also painted with gold and silver color separation. The blue color was also adjusted and sprayed twice to achieve the desired effect. I used 3D-printed custom hand parts and also purchased a city diorama base from the 30 Minutes Missions series to recreate the classic scene of shelling a city from the OVA. The details and articulation of this MGSD are truly excellent, and its proportions are very close to those in "Super Robot Wars." I hope this series continues to release more models; eagerly awaiting the God Gundam!

Face close-up. The MGSD's proportions allow for excellent presentation of the internal eye details, which is fantastic.
The MGSD's articulation design is truly superb.
Recreating the launch scene from the OVA.
The MGSD's unique wing deployment mechanism is incredibly cool.
The MGSD also faithfully recreates the shield.
The shoulder vulcans feature an interlocking deployment mechanism.
A pose frequently used in the manga's later stages and final battle: right hand holding a beam saber, left hand holding the Twin Buster Rifle.
Super Robot Wars' spinning cannon pose.
Understood... The Twin Buster Rifle also has a unique telescoping mechanism.
The 30MM city diorama base pairs quite well with the MGSD's proportions, creating an excellent sense of suspension.
Since it's the Wing Gundam Zero Custom, it absolutely must be transformable. It's the first transformable MGSD, featuring two forms, though the difference primarily lies in the wing positions.
