FuRyu Prize, the prize division of Japan's FuRyu Corporation, known for its "Trio-Try-iT" series which focuses on developing challenging and attractive character figures, will release a new product themed after the popular anime "My Hero Academia" – "Izuku Midoriya". It is scheduled to be released as a prize item in April 2025!

"My Hero Academia" is a superhero-themed manga by Kohei Horikoshi, serialized in Shueisha's "Weekly Shonen Jump" since 2014. In 2016, it was adapted into a TV anime by animation studio BONES. It tells the story of Izuku Midoriya, a Quirkless protagonist who inherits the "One For All" Quirk from the number one hero All Might, in an era where everyone possesses superpowers called "Quirks" and the extraordinary is commonplace. He grows at U.A. High School, his first choice for hero training, and strives to become the greatest hero.

This Trio-Try-iT Izuku Midoriya figure is based on his appearance from the seventh season of the TV anime, as he heads towards the final battle with Shigaraki. It faithfully recreates the detailed styling of Deku's hero support items, such as the gloves used for controlling his 'Blast Rush Air Force,' the compressed support gear central gauntlet, and the shoot-style iron soles. The upward leaping pose gives the overall composition a strong sense of dynamism, reproducing his cool fighting stance from the anime!
