Max Factory, a Japanese company, has announced the latest additions to its "ex:ride" series of finished rideable models, designed to complement their "figma" articulated figures. The new products, "Small Dinosaur (Ash)" and "Small Dinosaur (Brown)", are scheduled for release in December 2025.
Standing approximately 13 cm tall, this small dinosaur is meticulously crafted based on the real-life image of a "Velociraptor". It features finely detailed elements such as its fierce head, the texture of scales across its entire body, and the formidable claws on its limbs. The entire body boasts 16 points of articulation, along with a seamless yet bendable tail part, allowing for dynamic poses like roaring with an open mouth, running, and jumping.
Furthermore, accessories include "reins" and "saddle" parts to transform the dinosaur into a mount. This allows humanoid characters from Max Factory's "figma" articulated figure series, or other model products with a similar scale to figma, to ride and engage in interactive play!
