Yomiuriland Spotted Building "Pokémon Stadium"-Like Facility, Fans Go Wild: Can't Wait for Completion!

Japan's Yomiuriland theme park (located in Inagi City, Tokyo) already boasts the Pokémon-themed attraction, Pokémon WONDER, which offers a fantastical Pokémon adventure experience centered around natural landscapes and has been a hit with visitors.

Recently, a user on X (formerly Twitter) in Japan spotted what appears to be a "Pokémon Stadium"-like facility under construction within Yomiuriland. The photos immediately sparked a frenzy online, as this could very well be the first-ever facility of its kind once completed.

The images shared by the user definitely pique curiosity! With a stadium-like arena and a Poké Ball emblem clearly visible, fans are absolutely buzzing.

According to netizens, The Pokémon Company previously announced plans to create "Pokémon Park Kanto" in collaboration with Yomiuriland. This ongoing construction might just be part of that project. While there's no official word yet, the speculation seems pretty solid.

Users also pointed out that this location used to be Yomiuriland's NTV Ranran Hall, suggesting it's being repurposed for the new attraction.

Another user shared photos from a month ago, showing significant progress – looks like it's coming along nicely!

Of course, it might still be a while, but just seeing the construction has Pokémon fans hyped. Keep an eye out for official announcements about "Pokémon Park Kanto" to see what surprises are in store!
