Nintendo has just announced a collaboration with Japanese lifestyle brand Sun Art to release a real-life "Parashelter" water gun from the game. Priced at 3,278 JPY, this awesome replica is set to hit major retailers across Japan by the end of April 2025. 
This "Parashelter" water gun perfectly captures the weapon's signature in-game mechanic: it's both offensive and defensive! Just like in Splatoon 3, you can open the umbrella to block incoming "ink" attacks or collapse it to unleash a powerful shotgun-style blast on your opponents. The real-life version lets you open and close the umbrella, and it even comes with a wearable "ink tank" backpack – fill it up with water, and you're ready to dive into battle! The umbrella itself features a pump-action mechanism for shooting water, and the handle is extendable, giving you that extra reach for long-distance splats.
