Fate/SN 'Saber -Garden of Avalon- 1/7 Scale Figure': The Holy, Benevolent, and Exquisitely Beautiful King from the Novel Cover is Materialized!

Japanese figure manufacturer Good Smile Company has announced its latest product, the "Saber -Garden of Avalon- 1/7 Scale Figure," based on the novel "Garden of Avalon," which depicts the origin story of the game "Fate/stay night," is scheduled for release in August 2026.

The novel "Garden of Avalon," written by TYPE-MOON's Kinoko Nasu, depicts Saber's life story as "King Arthur," Artoria Pendragon, during her lifetime. It begins with her selection and upbringing by "Flower Magus" Merlin, pulling the Sword in the Stone to become King Arthur, followed by her subjugation of Vortigern's rule over all of Britain, gathering the Twelve Knights of the Round Table at Camelot, and ultimately facing the rebellion led by her son "Mordred," culminating in their mutual demise on the Hill of Camlann.

The "Saber -Garden of Avalon- 1/7 Scale Figure" is based on the novel cover illustration drawn by Takashi Takeuchi. It meticulously sculpts Artoria embracing the holy sword "Caliburn" and displaying a benevolent smile, as if quietly conveying the serene pride and composed tenderness of a king.

The blue and white dress and the holy sword in her hand are meticulously sculpted and painted to reproduce intricate golden details, the sword's gems and engravings, and the realistic folds of the skirt. The veil covering her entire body uses clear parts and pattern printing to express the translucent sheer fabric and lace embroidery, and it can be freely attached and removed. The original base is inspired by the "Forest of Camlann," adorned with "lilies" symbolizing her beauty, nobility, and purity.
