The highly anticipated dream crossover "Deadpool/Batman" #1 is set to officially launch in September 2025 from Marvel Comics, with DC's corresponding special issue "Batman/Deadpool" #1 following in November of the same year. This marks a historic moment for Marvel and DC fans, as the two superhero universes not only collide head-on but also feature multiple comic industry titans contributing variant covers and backup stories, forging a crossover legend long-dreamed of by comic enthusiasts.

The main story is penned by Zeb Wells with art by Greg Capullo, and features several exciting backup stories. These include Daredevil vs. Green Arrow, illustrated by Kevin Smith and Adam Kubert; Jeff the Land Shark vs. Krypto the Superdog, brought to life by Kelly Thompson and Gurihiru; and Captain America vs. Wonder Woman, crafted by Chip Zdarsky and Terry Dodson. This latter pairing also appears on Dodson's latest variant cover.

Beyond the main narrative, officials recently unveiled three additional variant covers drawn by comic industry masters: Artgerm's depiction of Magik and Catwoman in a tense standoff; Steve McNiven's explosive battle scene featuring Batman and Wolverine; and Peach Momoko's portrayal of a deadly assassin showdown between Psylocke and Batgirl "Cassandra Cain." Each cover perfectly blends character appeal with artistic intensity.

This epic collaboration, spanning two major comic empires, is not just a cause for fan excitement but also marks a new chapter in cross-universe storytelling for the comic industry.
