Kotobukiya (KOTOBUKIYA), a Japanese model manufacturer, has announced the latest product from its "Cho-Kyo-Oh" series, a line of statues featuring massive size, powerful sculpting, and vibrant colors, the "Obelisk the Tormentor God Hand Crusher Expansion Parts Set" from "Yu-Gi-Oh!", slated for release in May 2026.
The "Cho-Kyo-Oh" series' "Yu-Gi-Oh!" products released in 2022, "The Winged Dragon of Ra," "Slifer the Sky Dragon," and "Obelisk the Tormentor," boast an impressive size of 50 cm in length and 35 cm in height. They meticulously recreate their biological features and sharp designs, while also applying paintwork that expresses light, shadow, and a sense of weight, presenting the full majesty of the Three Egyptian God Cards in a static form.
This expansion set includes a replaceable right fist part with "God Hand Crusher" light effects, plasma effects surrounding Obelisk the Tormentor, a dedicated base with an LED lighting mechanism, an aluminum nameplate printed with Japanese and English names, and a remote control shaped like a Pharaoh's Memory Stone Tablet. When combined with the separately sold "Cho-Kyo-Oh Obelisk the Tormentor" main figure, it allows for a powerful display scene depicting the preparation to unleash "God Hand Crusher"!
