Japanese publisher Takarajimasha Co., Ltd. (株式会社宝島社) is renowned for its magazines and books catering to youth culture and fashion.
They’ve just announced a new Mobile Suit Gundam SPECIAL BOOK, which includes an awesome indoor lamp shaped like the head of "Char's Custom Zaku II." This must-have item will retail for 4,389 JPY and is set to drop on November 17, 2025.
Standing approximately 11.5 cm tall (including the antenna) x 9 cm wide x 11.5 cm long, this lamp perfectly recreates the iconic "Char's Custom Zaku II" head. The signature red color and horn are spot-on, and of course, the Zaku's famous mono-eye glows a vibrant red!
It features three distinct lighting modes to set the perfect vibe:
MODE 1: Full body glow
MODE 2: Full body + mono-eye glow simultaneously
MODE 3: Mono-eye only glow
Plus, all modes come with a handy 60-minute auto-off timer. It uses heat-free LED lighting for safety and energy efficiency, and its wireless design means you can place it anywhere with ease!
