BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division in Japan has announced the latest product in its original model kit series '30 MINUTES FANTASY,' which features a fantasy world theme: the 'Necros Knight,' scheduled for release in April 2026.
'30 MINUTES FANTASY' is a new series themed around various fantasy world classes, inheriting the '30 MINUTES' hallmarks of easy assembly, simple structure, and infinite expansion and customization. It allows for the assembly of highly articulated base bodies that move as flexibly as the human body. By utilizing the 3mm expansion ports on various parts of the base body, different class exteriors can be attached. As the product lineup expands, characters can progressively upgrade from beginner to advanced classes, continuously strengthening their role much like a job change system in an RPG.
The newly introduced class, the 'Necros Knight,' is a CLASS III profession that wields a giant scythe and can summon skeleton soldiers. The base body utilizes the same highly articulated frame as the previous 'Knight' product. With multi-axis articulation mechanisms in the limbs, chest, waist, neck, and other areas, it can be posed in natural and dynamic stances such as running, superhero landings, high kneeling, and cross-legged sitting. The base body also features numerous standard 3mm connection ports and expansion ring joints on the limbs, allowing for combination with separately sold '30 MINUTES' series products to freely mix and match parts from different characters, in addition to its own armaments.
The new exterior parts combine sharp-angled metallic armor with tattered fabric designs, conveying the Necros Knight's ominous and calamitous appearance. The 'Null' attribute elemental core on the chest is rendered with clear parts. Both large weapons, the 'Great Scythe' and 'Greatsword,' also feature clear parts made of the same material as the elemental core, boasting impressive and stylish silhouettes. By combining with the separately sold '30MF Drow Skeleton Soldier,' you can even recreate scenes of summoning skeletons for battle!
