SEGA Prize, a prize figure brand under Japanese game company SEGA, which emphasizes expression, sculpting, and color as its three main elements, announced a new product themed after the popular anime "Dandadan" — "Okarun Main Visual Ver.1.5" — in the 2026 new product preview released on its official X account. It is slated for release as a prize figure in Summer 2026!
"Dandadan" is a work by manga artist Yukinobu Tatsu, serialized on "Shonen Jump+" since 2021, and adapted into a TV anime by Science SARU in 2024. The story follows the protagonist Momo Ayase, who firmly believes in supernatural phenomena but not aliens, and the male protagonist Ken Takakura, who firmly believes in aliens but not supernatural phenomena. To prove each other wrong, they venture to their respective designated spooky locations, where both unexpectedly make astonishing discoveries, embarking on an extraordinary life filled with various occult and supernatural events.
This "Okarun Main Visual Ver.1.5" is a revamped version based on the "Okarun Main Visual Ver." released this October. Referencing his airborne pose from the main visual released for the anime's first season, the sculpting delicately captures the wrinkles and sharp edges of his uniform, while the musculature of his arms and legs is also exquisitely reproduced. The biggest difference from the previous version is that the teeth mask on his face is now presented in its complete form, creating a distinct visual effect compared to the earlier release!
