Following the release of their wobbly "Drunk Whiskey" series, Japanese gashapon toy manufacturer Qualia recently announced a new gashapon release, the "Drunk Whiskey Long-Term Aged ver.", set to launch in April 2026! The suggested retail price is 400 JPY per capsule, with a total of five designs to collect.

Combining the Japanese pronunciation for "drunk" (yoi) and "whiskey" (wisukī), and using this as a theme to anthropomorphize whiskey bottles and glasses, the "Drunk Whiskey" series features utterly intoxicated, wobbly appearances, unable to hold their liquor. This time, they return with new "long-term aged" colors! In addition to changing the liquid in the bottles and glasses from an orange-yellow to an aged amber-red hue, the bottle caps and labels have also been updated. The lineup includes the "utterly drunk" (泥酔) "bottle" and "glass", the "heavily intoxicated" (酩酊) "bottle" and "glass", and the "tipsy" (ほろ酔い) "bottle".
