GOOD SMILE COMPANY's popular Nendoroid series (ねんどろいど) recently announced a new product from Yura Urushibara's manga "Togen Anki" – "Shiki Ichinose" (一ノ瀬 四季)! It is scheduled for release in May 2026, with a suggested retail price of 7,400 JPY.
"Togen Anki," a shonen manga based on the Japanese folklore of "Momotaro," sets the human-oni war in modern Japan. The young protagonist, Shiki Ichinose, is a descendant of oni, yet he remains oblivious until Satsukiame Momoya, a member of the Momotaro faction, attacks his home. When his adoptive father, Takeshi Ichinose (Takeshi Momokawara), is gravely wounded protecting him, Shiki's oni bloodline awakens, unleashing a furious power in battle! He is later taken by Mujina Mujino, also an oni, to Rasetsu Academy, officially entering the centuries-long conflict between the "Oni Organization vs. Momotaro Organization."
The "Nendoroid Shiki Ichinose" stands approximately 10 cm tall and is designed based on his appearance in the Rasetsu Academy uniform. Despite the chibi reinterpretation, Shiki's unruly personality is fully conveyed through his "grinning face"! Also included are a "cool face" with less emotional fluctuation and a "surprised face" that shows his airheaded side, with wide-eyed glasses, cold sweat, and a seemingly frantic tongue, making it incredibly amusing. The blood-formed weapon, after his Blood Erosion Release, also features excellent detailed sculpting.
