Chinese toy manufacturer Solarain (Qingshiyu) is releasing a new product based on the popular light novel and anime series "My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute!"—the "Kuroneko (Ruri Gokou) White Cat Ver." 1/6 scale pre-painted figure. It is priced at 19,800 JPY and is scheduled for release in September 2026!
"My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute!" is a Japanese light novel series written by Tsukasa Fushimi and illustrated by Hiro Kanzaki. It was adapted into a TV anime by AIC Build in 2010. The story follows high school student Kyousuke Kousaka as he accidentally discovers that his outwardly perfect and academically excellent younger sister, Kirino Kousaka, is actually an otaku who loves "imouto" (little sister) anime and bishoujo games, leading to their amusing daily lives.
This time, Solarain brings the popular character Kuroneko, known for her cool exterior, warm heart, sharp tongue, and thoughtful nature, to life as a 1/6 scale figure. Standing approximately 24.3 cm tall, the figure is inspired by her white dress appearance on a DVD cover, capturing her pose as she holds her straw hat with one hand and smiles while looking back. The delicate sculpting highlights the slender curves of her arms and legs, while her flowing black hair adds a strong sense of dynamism to the otherwise relatively static composition. The white dress is rendered with translucent material and paintwork to create a subtly sheer texture, meticulously recreating the moment of a chance encounter with Kuroneko at an anime convention!
Additionally, this release includes an interchangeable "tsundere face" part, offering more display options. As a first-run limited bonus, a collectible card will also be included. Fans of "Oreimo" should not miss out on this!
