Bandai's GASHAPON division in Japan will release a new Gashapon product based on the classic anime "Cardcaptor Sakura" — the "Cardcaptor Sakura Miniature Charm" Gashapon. The reference price is 400 JPY per capsule, and it is scheduled for release in late April 2026!
"Cardcaptor Sakura" is a magical girl series originally created by the manga group CLAMP and adapted into an anime by Japanese animation studio MADHOUSE. It tells the story of the protagonist, Sakura Kinomoto, who becomes a Cardcaptor to prevent the Clow Cards from causing destruction and attempts to retrieve all of them.
This "Cardcaptor Sakura Miniature Charm" collection features three-dimensional renditions of the wands and keys used by Sakura in the series, approximately 3-5 cm in size. It includes four types: the Sealing Wand, Star Wand, Dream Wand, and Dream Key. The intricate details of the props are faithfully recreated despite their miniature size, and each charm also comes with a card model corresponding to its season, which can be perfectly displayed by attaching the golden ball chain to your bag!
