S.H.Figuarts, the action figure brand released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of BANDAI SPIRITS Japan, is releasing a special commemorative product themed after the movie *Shin Kamen Rider* – the "No. 1 Batta Augment / Kamen Rider" action figure. This release is to commemorate the "GRAND HEROES CROSSOVER FES" pop-up exhibition held at TAMASHII NATIONS STORE TOKYO in Akihabara, Tokyo, from January 30 to March 23, 2026. Priced at 11,000 JPY (tax included), it will be available for lottery pre-order exclusively for CLUB TAMASHII members on the Japanese Premium Bandai official website from 16:00 on December 22, 2025, to 23:00 on December 24, 2025 (JST)!
This "No. 1 Batta Augment / Kamen Rider" figure stands approximately 14.5 cm tall. It faithfully recreates the appearance of Takeshi Hongo after being transformed by SHOCKER into the No. 1 Batta Augment (Batta Augment-01), possessing superhuman strength, as an articulated action figure. The intricate details of the leather suit, such as the armor and zippers, are meticulously sculpted. The combination of calm blue-green and matte black creates a high-quality finish that surpasses previous versions! The coat is also made of fabric, with wires embedded in the hem and collar, allowing for various dynamic and cool poses as desired!
In addition to six pairs of interchangeable hands, new head and neck replacement parts are included, allowing for the recreation of his appearance after proclaiming himself "Kamen Rider." The distinct emblem design on the back of the helmet, different from that of the No. 1 Batta Augment, is exquisitely reproduced with precise printing. The scarf given by Ruriko Midorikawa, draped around his neck, is newly crafted from fabric from the wrapped portion to the hanging ends, and also features embedded wires on the sides, allowing it to flexibly complement various battle poses! This release also includes a newly sculpted replacement left wrist part, revealing the mutated hand beneath his protective suit, allowing for the recreation of the iconic scene where he is shocked by his own power and appearance, removing his glove. Furthermore, it includes accessories such as the katana he wields during his battle with the Wasp Augment, a sheathed version of the sword, and the telephone from the collaborative snack commercial with Calbee released during the movie's premiere, allowing for the recreation of various scenes with its rich accessories and flexible articulation!
