The "MDLX" articulated robot series, released by Hong Kong toy manufacturer threezero, officially announced its latest product from the Transformers theme yesterday (16th): "Shockwave"! A regular edition and a limited edition (sold on the threezero official website and at designated events) will be released simultaneously. Pre-orders will begin on December 18, 2025, at 9 A.M., with an estimated shipping start in Q3 2026.

This MDLX series three-dimensional Shockwave stands approximately 18.5 cm tall and features 55 points of articulation. The overall design is helmed by threezero Art Director Kelvin Sau, reinterpreting the classic G1 era design with a more modern and intricate mechanical aesthetic. Transparent materials are utilized for the eyes and chest, allowing for internal visibility. The vibrant, cool-toned blue, purple, and silver color scheme, combined with extensive mechanical detailing, showcases its hardcore mechanical charm! Weapon accessories include a newly constructed "Hyperflux Cannon," a detachable backpack, a laser cannon, and multiple interchangeable hands.

Notably, the Hyperflux Cannon can be directly interchanged with either the left or right hand, or optionally mounted on the outer forearm. The laser cannon can also be freely swapped between the left and right hands, demonstrating both powerful firepower and versatile playability.

▼ The limited edition includes four additional pairs of translucent purple interchangeable hands.
