The powerful collaboration between the globally popular Japanese masterpiece "One Piece" and the world's premier basketball league, the NBA, is causing immeasurable damage to our wallets!! Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division, TAMASHII NATIONS, today (19th) revealed on their official Instagram the latest product from their action figure brand "S.H.Figuarts": "Monkey D. Luffy Los Angeles Lakers" (tentative name)!
Judging from the two official images currently released, Luffy, clad in the purple and gold uniform, perfectly recreates the classic Los Angeles Lakers jersey colors, the number 5656, and Luffy's iconic straw hat. A basketball will also be included, allowing for dynamic, soaring dunk poses with its full articulation! Other accessories include a smiling interchangeable head sculpt and open-palm interchangeable hands. We look forward to the full announcement! We also anticipate more jerseys and more characters joining the S.H.Figuarts series!
