T-ARTS "Toy Story 30th Anniversary Alien Sushi Chef 2" Gashapon Features Beautiful, Translucent Salmon Roe Made with Clear Material!

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Disney's popular animated film "Toy Story," Japanese toy brand T-ARTS, under TAKARA TOMY, launched the Alien Sushi Chef gashapon this year. Recently, they announced the release of its sequel, "Alien Sushi Chef 2" (エイリアン/寿司シェフ フィギュアコレクション2), in January 2026! The suggested retail price is 400 JPY per capsule, with a total of four styles to collect.

To celebrate "Toy Story" reaching its grand 30th anniversary in 2025, Japanese toy giant TAKARA TOMY not only specially produced a brand-new Pixar-supervised short film titled "To the Far Side of Japan, Let's Go!" but also released life-sized talking figures of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie from the short. In "To the Far Side of Japan, Let's Go!", the popular character Alien can also be seen in a sushi chef outfit, which is incredibly cute.

This "Alien Sushi Chef 2" collection includes four designs: "Salmon Roe," "Fatty Tuna," "Inari Sushi," and "Shrimp Sushi." In addition to dressing the Aliens in white sushi chef uniforms and Japanese cooking hats, the sushi toppings are fixed to their backs. The salmon roe in the salmon roe sushi roll is even made with transparent material, and with their varied expressions, they look super cute when displayed together!
