The world-renowned Hong Kong toy brand Hot Toys recently announced its latest product from the 1984 action-adventure film *Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom*: the "Indiana Jones" 1/6 scale collectible figure! Both a regular version and a deluxe version will be released simultaneously. This article will cover the product information for the "regular version," which has a suggested retail price of HK$1,890 and is expected to ship in Q1-Q2 2027.
This "Indiana Jones" figure, based on the second film in the Indiana Jones series, *Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom*, stands approximately 30 cm tall and features 30 points of articulation. The production team has not only faithfully recreated actor Harrison Ford's youthful facial contours and handsome demeanor, but also meticulously reproduced the character's facial scars from the film. With articulated eyeballs, a wide range of expressions can be achieved. Significant effort has also gone into the costume, especially the khaki shirt. Not only is the left sleeve torn off, but there are also multiple rips on the back. Collectors can even remove the entire shirt to reveal a remarkably muscular upper body, crafted with seamless technology, recreating Ford's shirtless combat scenes!
Accessories include a genuine leather whip, a pistol, a holster with a belt, a shoulder bag, a spear, a knife, a map, multiple interchangeable hands (including one wrapped in bandages), and the iconic Sankara Stones from the film, with three regular and three glow-in-the-dark effect versions.
