Ever since the news was released, anticipation has been high, and the collaborative product between Danish LEGO Toy Company and the globally popular IP Pokémon was finally unveiled last night (12th)! This article will bring you product information for the gift-with-purchase set, numbered 40892, the "Kanto Region Badge Collection."
The "Kanto Region Badge Collection," appearing as a gift-with-purchase set, contains a total of 312 pieces. Once assembled, it measures 19 cm in length. Not only do you get a rectangular display case that can be opened and allows direct viewing of the interior, complete with a Poké Ball-shaped clasp, but the contents are also super cool brick-built Gym Badges! These are items that serve as proof of defeating Gym Leaders in the video games. They include the Boulder Badge, Cascade Badge, Thunder Badge, Rainbow Badge, Soul Badge, Marsh Badge, Volcano Badge, and Earth Badge.
According to currently released official LEGO information, this set will be exclusively launched in overseas regions from February 27 to March 3, 2026, as a limited gift-with-purchase for "72153 Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise." Quantities are limited and available while supplies last.
Finally, let's discuss the release situation of "Pokémon LEGO" in Taiwan, and even the entire Asian region! Many toy enthusiasts have likely seen news stating that 'this wave of LEGO x Pokémon collaboration products will not be sold in Asia due to KEEPPLEY holding the exclusive license for Pokémon in the Asian region.' Currently, LEGO official channels have not formally announced any press release stating that Pokémon LEGO products will not be sold in Asia, so the editor cannot be 100% certain about the sales details. However, those who wish to acquire them will indeed need to put in extra effort. If Taiwan LEGO provides any further accurate information, the editor will update it as soon as possible.
