World-renowned Hong Kong toy brand Hot Toys has unveiled a new product from the "Star Wars: The Bad Batch" series – the "TK Stormtrooper" 1/6th scale collectible figure, available in both regular and deluxe versions. The suggested retail prices are US$235 and US$270 respectively, with an estimated shipping date of September 2027!
Appearing in "Star Wars: The Bad Batch™", TK Stormtroopers were a force that emerged after the Republic gradually gave way to the Empire. Believing clone troopers were most susceptible to corruption and rebellion, Palpatine decided to extensively recruit ordinary humans across the galaxy as soldiers after the war, putting them through the same high-intensity training as clone commandos to replace the gradually retiring clone troopers.
This TK Stormtrooper 1/6th scale collectible figure stands approximately 30 cm tall. It features a newly sculpted, battle-damaged and weathered TK Stormtrooper helmet. The costume also includes newly crafted white armor with a weathered effect, and a black undersuit tailored from fabric. The belt and boots are also meticulously recreated, capturing the style of soldiers from the early days of the Empire!
Weaponry and equipment include a magnetic thermal detonator, a magnetic breathing device that can be attached to the chest armor, a DC-15A blaster carbine, and a DC-15A blaster rifle. The blaster rifle is also equipped with a newly developed scope, designed to improve the much-needed shooting accuracy of Stormtroopers! Accessories include 6 interchangeable hands for various poses, such as relaxed and weapon-holding, allowing for dynamic displays with the approximately 30 points of articulation and the specially designed display base!
Furthermore, the deluxe version will additionally include goggles and a brown armored cape with detachable sleeves, allowing for four different styling options and providing richer display choices!
