Japan's TAITO Corporation (株式会社タイトー) has announced a new "Frieren" themed product for its popular "Desktop Cute" series of sitting pose prize figures on its official X account, featuring the popular anime "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End"!
"Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" tells the story of Frieren, an elf protagonist with an exceptionally long lifespan, who once defeated the Demon King alongside the hero Himmel and his companions. However, it was only after Himmel's passing that she gradually came to understand the fleeting yet brilliant nature of human life. To further comprehend human emotions, Frieren embarks on a journey of self-discovery with the disciples of two of her former comrades.
This Desktop Cute figure features Frieren in a one-piece dress, with delicate sculpting capturing details such as the wrinkles, buttons, and lace on the skirt and sleeves of the white dress. The texture and even the holes of her straw hat are exquisitely rendered. Her signature white hair is made with translucent colored material combined with paintwork, allowing for a clear, ethereal visual effect under light, exuding a full summer vibe! Further details will be announced later, which is highly anticipated!
