Hip-hop duo Creepy Nuts have been making waves since their major debut, especially with their anime theme songs. Their tracks "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born" for the second season OP of "Mashle: Muscles and Magic" and "Otonoke" for the OP of "Dandadan" have both become massive hits.
Their track "Otonoke," crafted for the anime "Dandadan," has absolutely exploded in the North American market, officially earning a Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on February 4th. This marks their second Gold record, following "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born," and makes history as the first time a Japanese artist has received two RIAA Gold certifications for songs performed entirely in Japanese!

For the uninitiated, an RIAA Gold certification signifies over 500,000 units sold domestically in the U.S. Creepy Nuts' "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born" hit this milestone in February 2025, with "Otonoke" following suit in August 2025. Adding to its accolades, "Otonoke" was also crowned "Most Streamed Japanese Song Overseas" on both Billboard JAPAN and Spotify's 2025 year-end charts.
And the hype doesn't stop there! Creepy Nuts are officially set to hit the stage at one of the world's biggest music festivals, Coachella Festival 2026, this April. They'll also be embarking on their first-ever North American solo tour, "Creepy Nuts NORTH AMERICA TOUR 2026," with stops planned in New York, Chicago, Mexico, and more.

With these undeniable achievements under their belt as they conquer overseas markets, everyone's eyes are on Creepy Nuts' next moves. As one of Japan's leading hip-hop acts, their global growth potential is looking absolutely massive!
