Following the acclaimed "Machibouke" (Waiting) series from Japan's Bandai GASHAPON capsule toy brand, which included `Dandadan Waiting Series`, the highly anticipated second wave, "Dandadan Waiting Series 2" Gashapon, is set to be released. Priced at 500 JPY per capsule, there will be 5 different designs, with an expected launch in late February 2026.
Maintaining the consistent style of the "Machibouke" series, which captures characters in a state of patient anticipation and subtle melancholy, this "Dandadan Waiting Series 2" Gashapon collection adorably recreates popular characters: Momo, Okarun (Transformed), Aira, Terujin, and the Serpoians, in gashapon-sized form. Each character features a unique sitting pose that reflects their personality; Okarun, with his legs wide open, looks as if he has no intention of waiting at all—it's incredibly vivid and amusing!
