SEGA PRIZE "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" "I'll Have to Work in the Mines for 300 Years to Pay Off My Debt" Figure Makes a Tragic Appearance!

SEGA PRIZE, a brand under Japanese game company SEGA, announced a new product from the popular series "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" yesterday (the 5th) on their official X account: the "I'll Have to Work in the Mines for 300 Years to Pay Off My Debt" (鉱山で300年働くことになっちゃった) figure, part of their "High Premium Figure" (ハイプレミアムフィギュア) series! It is scheduled to appear this summer.

In episode 33 of the "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" anime, titled "Logistics in the Northern Highlands," due to a debt incurred 80 years ago, Frieren, one of the heroes who defeated the Demon King and a venerable thousand-year-old mage, must work in the mines for three hundred years to pay off a debt "currently worth over five hundred Stral gold coins"... And so, Fern, Stark, farewell~ Frieren's journey ends here (lol).

Based on the official images currently released by SEGA PRIZE, this product perfectly recreates Frieren's destitute appearance after all her clothes and luggage were taken to settle the debt. From the slightly tattered dress with a worn collar, her disheveled long hair, her utterly despairing (yet quite comical) teary eyes, to the pickaxe in her hand, every detail has been meticulously reproduced. Toy collectors, quickly pull out your wallets to help Lady Frieren pay off her debt!!
