KONAMI Prize Collection, a prize division under KONAMI, a Japanese company with diverse entertainment businesses, will release a new product based on the popular manga "I Love Eating! Mochizuki-san" – "Run! Mochizuki-san." It is scheduled to be released as a prize item on March 26, 2026!
"I Love Eating! Mochizuki-san" is a manga series by Maruyo no Kamome, serialized in Young Animal Zero since May 2024. It depicts the daily life of Mikoto Mochizuki, an office lady who loves food, and how she achieves ultimate pleasure by consuming extremely high-calorie foods to raise her blood sugar in today's highly stressful society! The extraordinary calorie intake and the decadent eating scenes have garnered immense discussion online!
This "Run! Mochizuki-san" prize figure stands approximately 20 cm tall. It recreates the iconic scene from the second chapter of the manga, where Mochizuki-san, after returning home, puts ingredients into the rice cooker and then takes a bath. The moment the rice cooker beeps, she dashes towards it without even putting on clothes, capturing that "no time to get dressed" moment! The sculpting beautifully renders Mochizuki-san's slightly plump body curves and the texture of the towel wrapped around her. The base is made of plastic, mimicking the wooden floor of a home hallway, with a transparent stand supporting her dynamic, full-speed running pose at a single point. Her impatient expression, looking like she can't wait another second, is also exquisitely reproduced through printing! Most importantly, this time, the back of the base features a hidden roller design, allowing collectors to push Mochizuki-san to sprint across their desktops, recreating the absurd scenes from the manga!
