BANDAI SPIRITS' collector's toy division, TAMASHII NATIONS, will release a new product under its S.H.Figuarts action figure brand, themed after "Kamen Rider V3" – the "Hurricane Glorious Showa Rider Edition" model. It will have a suggested retail price of 9,900 JPY and is scheduled for release in September 2026!
The "Hurricane Glorious Showa Rider Edition" measures approximately 19 cm in length. It is a complete renewal of the 2015 version, with the shape, size, and overall proportions of the front cowl re-adjusted based on original footage. Deeper color tones are used to present the classic blue and crimson red of the body, and black paint has been added to the inside of the front cowl, eliminating the overall toy-like feel and pursuing ultimate authenticity! The windshield and front windmill cover are reproduced with high-transparency parts. The complex tire treads and wire-spoke wheels are intricately sculpted, and weathering and dirt paintwork have been applied to the undercarriage and around the exhaust pipes, capturing the realistic texture after intense battles and harsh driving in the show. For playability, the handlebars can rotate, the side stand can be deployed, and the rear wheel features a shock-absorbing telescopic system, perfectly recreating various details in a compact size!
In terms of accessories, in addition to replacement front cowl parts that can reproduce the deployed state of the winglets on both sides of the front, newly developed blue and yellow windmill parts have been added to simulate the classic visual effect of the windmill changing color with vehicle speed in the show! Furthermore, and most importantly, it includes dedicated gripping hand replacement parts for the "S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider V3 Glorious Showa Rider Edition," which can perfectly recreate the classic opening jump scene with exquisite sculpting and flexible articulation, complementing the Hurricane's intricate structure!
▼It looks incredibly cool when displayed alongside "S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider New 1 Glorious Showa Rider Edition" and "S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider New 2 Glorious Showa Rider Edition" riding the "S.H.Figuarts New Cyclone Glorious Showa Rider Edition"!
