Japanese toy company Kotobukiya, in collaboration with renowned illustrator Shunya Yamashita, has announced the latest product from their "BISHOUJO" figure brand, based on "The King of Fighters XV": the "SNK BISHOUJO Yuri Sakazaki" 1/7 scale PVC pre-painted complete figure! The suggested retail price is 19,800 JPY, with an estimated release in September 2026.
The popular female character Yuri Sakazaki (ユリ・サカザキ), who appears in "The King of Fighters" series, is the daughter of Takuma Sakazaki and the younger sister of Ryo Sakazaki. Originally a girl with no martial arts training, after joining Kyokugenryu Karate, she mastered all techniques and secret arts in less than a year, even creating her own unique moves. In "The King of Fighters XV," she participates in the tournament to prove her strength to her brother.
Kotobukiya's "SNK BISHOUJO Yuri Sakazaki" 1/7 scale PVC pre-painted complete figure stands approximately 21 cm tall. Based on Mr. Shunya Yamashita's reinterpreted illustration, it faithfully recreates her energetic smile and distinctive long braid. Her voluptuous and shapely physique is also delicately sculpted. Dressed in a white martial arts gi on her upper body, her tight pants accentuate her full hips and elegant leg curves, enhancing her charm! The stone brick base emphasizes the game's world view.
