Bandai Co., Ltd.'s Shokugan division, BANDAI CANDY, recently announced the upcoming release of a new Pokémon-themed product: "Pokémon Kids 30th Anniversary SPECIAL vol.3." The suggested retail price is 250 JPY per box, and it is scheduled for release in August 2026!
"Pokémon Kids" (ポケモンキッズ) finger puppets are Bandai's highly iconic Shokugan series, having launched simultaneously with "Pokémon Red/Green" in 1996. With global cumulative sales exceeding 300 million units to date, they are a shared memory for many Pokémon fans! To celebrate Pokémon's 30th anniversary, following the previously announced vol.1 and vol.2, this "Pokémon Kids 30th Anniversary SPECIAL vol.3" is themed "Pikachu's Daily Life." It features Pikachu in various poses, such as eating a Pecha Berry, sleeping with Snorlax, and cheek-to-cheek with companions! Additionally, it includes the three starter Pokémon from the Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Alola regions, for a total of 12 types. When displayed alongside the popular Pokémon from the previous two waves, they look incredibly adorable. Trainers, don't miss out!
