Released by Japan's BANDAI toy company's gashapon brand Gashapon, the "Capsule Torso" series, which transforms anime and manga character outfits into exquisite gashapon toys, is once again focusing on Major League Baseball to launch its latest: "MLB Capsule Torso Players Edition" gashapon. There are a total of six types, priced at 500 JPY per capsule, and are scheduled to be released in July 2026.
The "MLB Capsule Torso Players Edition" gashapon features a compact and exquisite 11 cm size, designed like real clothing store mannequins to faithfully recreate the jerseys of MLB Japanese players. The lineup includes: Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Munetaka Murakami, Kodai Senga, Seiya Suzuki, and Lars Nootbaar (Tatsuji Enokida). The natural fabric wrinkles, buttons, and belts are meticulously sculpted, and in addition to reproducing each team's logo and color scheme, the players' numbers and names are also included! A must-have for fans!
