Bandai's GASHAPON division in Japan has launched a new product based on the classic anime "Cardcaptor Sakura" – the "Cardcaptor Sakura Blister Charm Collection" gashapon. The suggested retail price is 400 JPY per capsule, with an anticipated release in late August 2026!
"Cardcaptor Sakura" is a magical girl series originally created by the manga group CLAMP and adapted into an anime by Japanese animation studio MADHOUSE. It tells the story of the protagonist, Sakura Kinomoto, who becomes a Cardcaptor to prevent the Clow Cards from wreaking havoc and attempts to retrieve all of them.
This "Cardcaptor Sakura Blister Charm Collection" gashapon transforms popular items and characters from the series into mini models, encased in adorable blister packaging to create super charming keychains. The collection features six types: the Sealing Wand, Star Wand, Dream Wand, Clow Card Book, Kero-chan, and Dream Key. At approximately 5.3 cm, the designs faithfully recreate the details of the items and Kero-chan. Each blister card also features a corresponding exquisite illustration, making them incredibly cute whether hung on a bag or displayed as part of a collection!
