Japanese game company SEGA's SEGA Prize brand announced on its official X (formerly Twitter) account, as part of its "2026 New Release Bulletin," the upcoming release of "Johnny Joestar" from "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 7: Steel Ball Run" in the XrossLink MAX series, which focuses on displaying characters side-by-side with intertwined dynamics!
The story of "Steel Ball Run" recounts how Johnny Joestar, once a genius jockey, became paralyzed from the waist down due to an accident. On the eve of the "SBR" cross-America horse race organized by Steven Steel, he encountered Gyro Zeppeli, who possessed mysterious spinning "Steel Balls," and discovered that Gyro's technique could make his legs react, thus deciding to participate and embark on an adventure across America!
From the currently released product images, we can see Johnny Joestar sculpted in a dynamic pose riding Slow Dancer, faithfully recreating the appearance of Johnny, whose legs cannot move, riding on Slow Dancer's back. Slow Dancer is presented as a half-body sculpt, with dust kicked up from its waist, depicting it in a galloping state. The intricate sculpting showcases Johnny's muscle lines and the detailed design of his attire. Slow Dancer's powerful thighs, body markings, and other features are also meticulously reproduced. It can be displayed together with the simultaneously announced "XrossLink MAX Gyro Zeppeli" to create a powerful scene!
