Japanese model maker Megahouse's palm-sized deformed figure series, 'LOOKUP', has announced the latest product from the popular video game series 'Monster Hunter', "Felyne", scheduled for release in October 2026.
The highly popular character Felyne from the 'Monster Hunter' series is a beast-humanoid race that coexists peacefully with humans in the game. With a cute appearance very similar to real-life cats, they not only possess strong athletic abilities but also intelligence comparable to humans. Each Felyne has a unique personality and its own set of abilities. They can assist players in hunting, gathering, and even provide a free 'Palico cart' ride after fainting, making them incredibly versatile and comforting helpers. The Felyne's classic Siamese cat pattern and their cries from the first 'Monster Hunter' game up to the 3rd generation were all inspired by MIGYA (ミギャ), a Siamese cat owned by Momora, who was the sound designer at the time.
The "Lookup Felyne" reproduces the classic Siamese cat pattern with its color application, creating a cute cross-legged sitting pose in a palm-sized figure of 11 cm in height. It delicately captures the large blue eyes and small pink nose, and its neck features a joint that allows for slight adjustments in up-down and left-right tilt angles, ensuring the Felyne can always meet your gaze, bringing immense comfort!
