Japanese manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY's affordable pre-painted figure brand POP UP PARADE, known for its large L size, has unveiled a new product in the BEACH QUEENS series, which focuses on swimsuit beauties. In addition to "PANTY L size", they have simultaneously announced another new item based on the adult animated series 'New Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt'—the "STOCKING L size" non-scale pre-painted figure. It will retail for 8,800 JPY and is scheduled for release in November 2026!
'Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt' tells the story of the daily lives of the angel sisters Panty and Stocking, who were kicked out of Heaven for their misconduct. They reside in Daten City, located between Heaven and Hell, where evil spirits, materialized from human desires, run rampant. The sisters exterminate these spirits to collect Heaven Coins, hoping to return to Heaven. The new work, 'New Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt', released in 2025, continues the suspenseful ending of the previous series, depicting the events after a brainwashed Stocking attacks Panty.
This BEACH QUEENS STOCKING L size non-scale pre-painted figure stands approximately 18.5 cm tall. It features STOCKING in a resort-style outfit, wearing a bikini, sunglasses, and holding a cocktail, faithfully recreating the American cartoon aesthetic. The figure brings the anime's geometric lines to life, and the extensive skin exposure presents a stark contrast to her usual tightly-clad gothic style! The hexagonal base is designed in a sandy beige, allowing it to be displayed alongside the simultaneously released PANTY figure, showcasing the two enjoying their vacation time at the beach!
