FuRyu Corporation's prize division, Furyu Prize, announced on its official X account a new product in its popular prize figure series, "Noodle Stopper Figure" (ぬーどるストッパーフィギュア). This new item, the "Inuyasha Vol.2" Noodle Stopper Figure, is based on the classic anime "Inuyasha" and is scheduled for release as a prize item in October 2026!
"Inuyasha" is a manga series created by Japanese manga artist Rumiko Takahashi. It was adapted into a TV anime series by Sunrise in 2000. In the story, Inuyasha and Sesshomaru are half-brothers. Inuyasha is a half-demon, while Sesshomaru is a full-blooded great demon. Their personalities are vastly different, leading to frequent conflicts. However, as the story progresses, they gradually reveal their bond and subtle understanding of each other.
Following the release of Vol.1 in 2020, Inuyasha is back to help hold down your instant noodles! This Inuyasha Vol.2 Noodle Stopper Figure captures him in a dog-like crouching pose. The sculpting faithfully reproduces the intricate folds of his iconic red dogi. The flowing white hair and dog ears are also delicately recreated. Coupled with an expression that's a mix of anger and innocence, it perfectly captures Inuyasha's personality from the series. It's fantastic whether used to hold down noodles or simply displayed! Furthermore, it can be displayed alongside the simultaneously revealed Sesshomaru to showcase the brothers sitting side-by-side!
