If you love LEGO and are obsessed with football, you'd better prepare your wallets soon! Because four of the world's top football players are being immortalized as LEGO minifigures! Danish toy company LEGO's 'LEGO Editions' series will release four new 'Soccer Highlights' sets, numbered 43011, 43012, 43013, and 43027, on May 1, 2026. The players transformed into LEGO minifigures are Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappé, and Vini Jr. Let's take a look!
These Soccer Highlights minifigure + display sets are packed with elements paying tribute to football legends. This includes the players' names, their most iconic jersey numbers, the representative colors of their football clubs and national elements, as well as nameplate bricks printed with player statistics and names. Even the shape of the entire base echoes the first letter of the player's name! Combined with the highly collectible player minifigures, a football brick that looks like a miniature version of the '43019 Football', and translucent blue and orange kicking effect pieces, these sets are truly interesting to display.
