The new collection, titled "Crayon Shin-chan Osushin-chan," will retail for 400 JPY per capsule and features 6 different designs, with a release slated for June 2026.
The Crayon Shin-chan Osushin-chan capsule toy series asks: what if the beloved Crayon Shin-chan characters were transformed into delicious sushi? This delectable menu includes Shin-chan as an Ikura Gunkan Maki (salmon roe battleship roll), Himawari as Tamagoyaki Sushi (egg omelet sushi – because only kids eat tamagoyaki sushi!), Shiro as a Temaki (hand roll), Nene's Rabbit as Inari Sushi (fried tofu pouch sushi), Buriburizaemon as Ebi Sushi (shrimp sushi), and the Kantam Robot as a Hosomaki (thin roll)! The Kantam Robot's jetpack cleverly transforms into a cucumber, which is a hilarious touch. Even better, each figure comes with its own mini sushi plate, perfectly setting the mood for a sushi feast!
